After applying through the website for the role found on LinkedIn, I was contacted via email by a recruiter to set up an interview and was sent a Greenhouse link to schedule a time.
The original email I received was detailed and even contained more information on company culture.
At the time of the interview, the recruiter was late to the call by five minutes. When they joined, they did not apologize or acknowledge their lateness.
About halfway through our conversation, the recruiter stopped me so that they could take another call, and I waited online for several minutes until they returned.
The conversation was short but average, and what you would expect for a first call. When asked for more details about the role and team, the recruiter wasn't familiar enough with either to answer.
I received a rejection email nearly two weeks after this call, and a request for feedback was not acknowledged.
