The hiring process consisted of 3 rounds of interview - HR initial evaluation, detailed technical round and finally a HR round to assess people management abilities. The interview process and questions were sufficient detailed and the candidate was made at ease during the rounds. Post the completion of one round, the feedback and the date for the next rounds were made available promptly.

Interview process was smooth and questions are easy and basic. The job offer stage took almost a month. They could’ve outright mention their maximum budget take it or leave it but instead they try to match my asking which at the end was declined.
