1st round - basic intro call with recruiter, standard questions. Walk me through resume, tell me about your self,
2nd round - Interview with hiring manager. Main aspect here is understanding your whys. Why genesys? why sales? what are you doing to better yourself (books/courses)?
3rd round - panel interview with 5 employees, hiring managers and current in seat sdrs. Same concept of understanding your whys. How do you work with others? Walk me through your resume. Mock call.
4th and final - meeting with director. Have good questions. If you make it this far you should be able to kill the final interview
