Long, elaborate process. The complete process took at least 3 months. Started with recruiter screening phone interview checking for basic language skills, situations (how did you handle this and that). This was followed by subject matter phone interview, approx. 1 hr. Questions specific to the possible roles providing examples is a must. Finally, it was completed by in-person on-site interview series including case study. Quick paced, one after the other meetings with each person focusing on very specific area, team work, stress, how to handle push back by client, etc. Folks are professional throughout the process, smart, high standards.
