The interview process was one of the most unorganized in my personal experience. I was ushered in a room where the center head, without even looking at my resume asked me to tell me something about myself. Based on my answer, I was selected!!! Being a small time educational institute, mainly run on franchisee business, ICA is still learning the ways of corporate training house. It will take them a very strict CEO or a very talented HR head to make them understand the importance of people oriented business.
