The interview process was neatly divided into rounds concerning each domain. It started with the aptitude test, ended with the hiring manager interview. Segregation was done on the basis of number of years of experience.

Una ronda de examen estilo GMAT y despues una entreista de caso con un de harvard business en donde nos dividieron en dos grupos de 4 personas y depués tuvimos que analizar el caso y despues negociar. todo esto mientras eramos observados
The interview process includes an Aptitude Test to assess reasoning skills, followed by Interview Round 1 for technical expertise, Interview Round 2 for HR/behavioral fit, Interview Round 3 for managerial/case study evaluation, and a Group Interview to test communication.
