Two phone interviews, they took a long time to contact me again so I had to contact them after interviews twice. Not very organized. I went in for a role play which is very nerve-racking. you have 30 minutes to learn how to essentially become the position you're applying for. Takes about an hour and a half. After the role play I hadn't heard back and was never given the proctor's card so I emailed the recruiter asking for an update. He was very nice and apologetic for the week turnover, and the next morning I received an automated response saying my application is no longer being considered for this position. No personal message or information on why. Made me feel like I wasted my time.
