I had a screen with the recruiter for this role and it was the worst interviewing I've ever seen. Having such a poor experience with a senior level recruiter completely turned me off from the company. He arrived nearly 10 mins late and didn't even acknowledge it (let alone apologize), checked his phone often, and asked a lot of questions in weird formats like "this job requires you to work with leaders, have you done that?" For my closing question I asked what reasons he hears from prospective candidate about why they are interested in GEICO, or what benefits of the company are frequently referenced as a draw, and he said "it's just a big brand". So either he wanted to warn candidates this is not a good place to work, or was just that bad at his job, either way it was enough for me! He also said feedback would be available after 5 days and I followed up at day 7. No response, but my application is still sitting in interview status.
