I was interviewed by the Manager and 2nd in charge. The interview was well structured, with the interviewers stepping through a list of questions that were specific to the job I was interviewing for.

All of the questions were similar about past experiences.
After submitting the resume, Human Resource will contact after a few weeks. Only one stage interview with the hiring manager. In my experience, the interview was conducted online, around 30 minutes.

Mostly on project management questions. Your Japanese speaking skills are tested as well as the interview is conducted in Japanese and English. If you have experience working in Japan is an advantage.

Very hard interview,, loads of technical scenario based questions and one must really be able to expand and apply their experience to answer. However, the interviewers were really nice and the interview was enjoyable

It was smooth and interviewer was calm and patient. They asked questions regarding SEPA, SWIFT, payment system, sql. Roles and responsibilities. CSM, Target2, BACS, CHAPS, ISO20022, ISO15022. Explain your typical work tactic for a project? What makes you the right fit for the business analyst position with our company?
