I had a first round phone interview with a Forrester recruiter, and it went wonderfully. It was one of those interviews where you feel like it could not have gone better. At the end of the interview, she told me that it could take upwards of two weeks to hear back. This is a long time, but I thought it was well worth it. After two and a half weeks, I send an email checking in on my status (one of those emails where you're trying to not be too annoying but you also really need the information) but I never heard anything back. A number of weeks later, I saw the recruiter's name on another posting for an Associate Consultant at Forrester, so I sent her a message, but again, I didn't hear anything back. Forrester is still a brand name in the industry, so there's a good chance I'll end up applying for another position with them later in my career, but this experience has made me question how they treat people.
