non stressful, felt very welcomed as opposed to being interrogated. Very quick process. Phone interview followed by in person interview the next day. On time for the interview instead of having to wait on the manager to have a free minute
- could you see this being a career for you.

I submitted my resume on facebook and after about a week I was called for an interview. I showed up for my interview, completed a form that was attached to my resume with some basic questions that were applicable to the position. I was one of three people interviewing. I waited about 15 minutes for my interview and then was escorted into a room for my interview. The interview began and there was a brief overview about the company and position I applied for and then followed with questions to get to know me more.
- What would make you an ideal candidate for this position?
- The client service representative position has educational requirements by the state of Michigan to be able to legally do this job. Are you willing to complete the state required training to become licensed?

The interview process was easy however they need to ask more challenging questions for example what do you want from the company? Where do you see yourself in five years if you are working for us? The questions they asked were weak in fact he did more of the talking telling me what the position is for when I ask questions it was a very vague answer although they were very nice, I was 40 minutes late and had to call them twice to help me get there they were so gracious however this was not going to be a fit for me and stopped the interview from going further I appreciate the opportunity considering I was late and felt so bad.
- What puts me in a bad mood?

I saw the posting for the job online. It was titled Customer Care Reprentative. The salary was listed as $45K per year. The ad also stated weekly salary plus bonuses. I was a little skeptical so I called the phone number. The lady on the phone was super nice. She asked if I lived close to the office. She also stated that the agent needed help updating client banking info and returning calls. Great-I was excited-assuming I was interviewing for an admin type position. I set up an interview for the next day. When I arrived at the business I was confused. There were already 3 other applicants waiting. So I filled out paperwork and we waited. We were taken downstairs for a PowerPoint presentation. Explaining how the company worked and how great it was. I was now even moreconfused, I knew there would be some selling but honestly I was convinced that I didn't belong there, this wasn't what the job posting said or the lady said on the phone. The man giving the presentation was super nice. Then he dropped the bombs----the pay is actually $400 per week with the POTENTIAL to make $40k-50k per year AND this was a door to door sales position. I would like to note that I have seen these types of job postings before but THEY at least explain in the job description that there is a base and commission and clearly list the higher wage as POTENTIAL. This company DID NOT do that in their job posting. I was so disappointed by what I consider false advertising. This was a complete waste of my time. There were three other people interviewing with me. Without speaking to one another, 3 of us left. The one person that stayed was the first person to be called into the interview room. I would like to suggest that they explain the job and give the correct salary for the position in their future job postings. It is ridiculous that they would waste applicants time by lying to them to get them in the door.
- Do you live close to the office?

I applied online through their website. Received a phone call the following day to schedule an "interview". The "interview" was with a group of other applicants, about 8 others. We were brought to the basement for a brief presentation on the company and job. Followed up with a 5 minute individual "interview".
- How well do you handle rejection?

I applied online, and was then contacted via Phone. The person on the Phone, Crystal, said that they were looking for an account manger to work with existing insurance clients, and scheduled an interview with me. When I got to the interview I was seated in a cramped waiting area with 7 or 8 people who were also waiting for the interview. There weren't even enough chairs for everyone to sit down. After waiting for 10-15 minutes past the scheduled interview time, the hiring manager came and took us for the group interview. The interview consisted of the hiring manager giving a power-point presentation on how awesome the company was, how we should want to work there, and how our jobs would be awesome. There was little to no involvement from us prospective employees. At this point I discovered that the job was NOT for an account management position, but for a sales position consisting of going door to door attempting to sell insurance products to senior citizens. This is not at all what I thought I was coming to interview for. The manager mentioned several times that it was not a scam, and we would be there to help, not rip off senior citizens, but everything felt a little suspicious. At this point we were taken back to the cramped waiting area while the manager called people in for 5 minute 1 on 1 interviews. Here, I thanked him for his time, but said I was not interested in the position and left.
- Whether we would be comfortable working on commission

Regular interview, started on time and lasted about 30 minutes. Office is very nice and people were nice. Tough to find a quality company to work for with good people today. They have worked with me thru some tough times in my life.
- Just questions getting to know me

Attended a job fair where I gave the hiring manager my resume. Received a call the following week about an interview. Attended the interview the next day, drove 38 miles to the location. Greeted by the hiring manager and told to fill out a form along with 7 other candidates. Followed the group into the basement for a presentation. The hiring manager talked about the company its products, and about the position. I never said a word during the presentation or looked away as if I were bored but.... "here's the kicker" He looked at me and said "if you have some place to be you can go" LOL I replied who me? He said Yes, You can get out!" I replied Okay Great! and left. I had already decided prior to this that this job was not for me. I have a Master's Degree and many years of experience but it doesn't hurt to hear about the job. The hiring manager was rude and thought he could intimidate me by telling me to leave. I thought it was hilarious.
- Are you comfortable with making $400 per week?

The interview was such that more information was presented to me as the potential employee than questions about my experience or background.
