    Interview process was very disorganized. Recruiter was nice and asked personal questions. took about 3 weeks to go through 2 phone interviews and one on-site interview. I am not sure why i was called when they are looking for experience in different area. Job Description totally doesn't match the interview. During the panel interview, which originally was suppose to be a individual interview, I felt like 2 of the guys in the team were trying to show of to the manager about their technical knowledge rather than focusing on the interviewing me. Asked questions that had nothing to do with the job at all. They Didn't seem interested in hiring from the looks of it.

    Very quick and efficient. Applied online on the FireEye website. After applied, they send you additional information to fill out, including questions about the position you applied for, almost like a test. After this, I had one phone interview and received an offer a week later

    Call with HR then on site interview with 3 people. Applied online and was notified within a week. Interviewed the same week. Quick process, HR interview was easiest. Had my offer in a week.

    Round 6. With Architect ( Architectural patterns and module designing)

    To be honest I really enjoyed being interviewed there and complexity was good but I wondered till last round because I couldn't understand what they wanted.
    I had 6 rounds in just one day and after every round they would come and ask me for one last round.
    Out of so many people I remember just two guys were still in the process, one was me and another guy was giving his 4rth round when I was sitting after 6th round.
    I was being informed to wait and HR will contact me within minutes but I waited for 40 minutes post interview and then HR came and said - "we are planning to interview more people and then will let you know after few days"
    I felt like a complete waste of my day.

    Later on I came know they kept me waiting just because they wanted other guy to finish the interview and they had just 1 position but they lied to me and obviously salary expectations could be another reason.

    Anyway I truly enjoyed giving 6 rounds.

    I completely agree with the feedback provided by the other employees. I just do not want to share any specific details of the interview. I feel that they do not have mature interview practices. They conduct interviews like these guys are at the top which is not true in any sense. Additionally, the HR does not care to respond you after the interview which really sucks. Even if you send a few corresponding emails , they lack support to reveal the details or sometimes do not even care to respond.

    FireEye need to work and respect the talent that knocks on their door and show some proper respect in closing the matter if they do not require the candidate.

    I wonder if they behave like this how can you expect the work place to be growth oriented. No ways.

    Very cordial interviewer. Difficulty of questions progressed from easy to hard. The interviewer checked for my depth of knowledge in detail. They were very quick in giving their decisions as well.

    Had a really positive interviews with management and engineers. They were asking my past experience with automation and programming skills, and I brought my laptop to show my previous works. They were really impressed and I got the offer.

    It starts with a strange questionnaire given to you by HR. It's really not clear what purpose these questions serve if anything but maybe justifying someone's HR job. From there you will speak with one or more people on the technical staff for about an hour each time. You will get a "homework assignment" which, for this type of job and where you are in the interview process is a little on the large (aka obnoxious) side. They act like you do not have another job that requires a minimum of eight hours a day of work and they think you have unlimited time to dedicate to their "home work" assignment. Very little technical questions are asked during the phone interview which probably could be better used than this somewhat ridiculous "homework" assignment.
