    Contacted by recruiter prior to posting, to express their interest. Set up phone interview with recruiter and really enjoyed it. Set up time to interview with the hiring manager and interviewed face to face. Overall a great and very easy experience.

    So this is a review on their botched recruiting process and lack of professionalism.

    Having interviewed for a Sr Sales Engineer position I was asked to conduct 6 or 7 interviews in one week. So while rearranging my current work schedule as well as my personal schedule since at least 1 or 2 interviews were in the evenings to accommodate other peoples schedules things still went great I felt.

    That being said, after that week everyone went completely dark and never did I ever receive any more contact, feedback or status of the process. I only had to find out through the grapevine and my network that they filled the position with someone else. Another candidate is fine but how about some professional courtesy and just plain old manners in updating the only other candidate you had. For anyone looking at a move I would consider this red flag as it looks like the culture and management issues are still alive and well. I have always spoken highly of the company over the years throughout the community but this ends after this disgusting mess. Nice job burning bridges and send your people managers back to management school or just common sense thinking .

      Although the HR person did have an obvious list of technical questions he was reading but I don't think he had any idea of what answers were even on par.   Répondre à cette question

    I was referred by a current employee and applied online. I never heard from anyone. They couldn't even send out one of those generic emails rejecting my application. Treat your applicants, especially your employee referrals better. They may be right for the position now but your don't want to ruin the bridge for the future.

    Phone Interview, then a 20 questions test, then in-person. I walked out of the interview because one guy was incredibly rude. He asked me a question I could not answer and promptly LAUGHED at me. Will never consider this place for employment.

    I applied online and had an employee referral. First interview was with a recruiter out of MI, who was cocky (you're a recruiter, which is really lead generation), and second interview was with the hiring manger, who was pleasant. Didn't seem like there was a chance from the very beginning based on the recruiter; so not sure what the point was moving forward with the hiring manager.

    it was a smooth interview, everything went well, as planned. The questions were behavior based and some basic resume based questions. nothing which was not expected , it was a phone interview. overall , it was a good experience.

    It was very difficult. The interviewer expected me to know almost everything. From Linux to Postgres so it went very random, I have not mentioned these skills on resume nor the job demanded these skills

    I had 2 rounds, a phone screen with the hiring manager (who sent a developer from his team instead), followed by an on-site with 2 rounds (that later changed to 3 all of a sudden during the on-site), with 2 developers and the hiring manager of the team.
    Was grilled on LinkedLists and Time complexities. Just know your resume apart from that.
    The recruiter/team did not even have the common courtesy to reach back saying that I did not get the offer!

    Interview process was very disorganized. Recruiter was nice and asked personal questions. took about 3 weeks to go through 2 phone interviews and one on-site interview. I am not sure why i was called when they are looking for experience in different area. Job Description totally doesn't match the interview. During the panel interview, which originally was suppose to be a individual interview, I felt like 2 of the guys in the team were trying to show of to the manager about their technical knowledge rather than focusing on the interviewing me. Asked questions that had nothing to do with the job at all. They Didn't seem interested in hiring from the looks of it.
