Very good communication with the recruiter, who was always responsive and gave constructive feedback of the interview, even though it took a while to receive confirmation I hadn't been selected for the position.

Very well organized and transparent. I was sent an overview of what each interview would cover. HR got back to me in a very timely manner about if I was moving on to the next round.
