Easy, was a phone interview. Standard interview questions for banking. I speak Spanish so they had a bilingual manager ask me questions in Spanish to make sure i speak well.

Three step process, First a phone call that went over the basic resume asking if you have an experience in client and customer service. Second interview was with a manager in person at a branch and went into detail about the job and the expectations and what if scenarios. Final round is with the regional manager online.
