Telephonic interviews almost for an hour and then site interview. hey concentrated on behaviour based 10 general questions. HR ask more questions based on personality and team work etc, educational details. Then 1:1 interview process with other 3 senior scientist and finally with director. All questions were technical questions related to my experinces and job descrptions. Each interview went for atleast 1 hr. Then presentation for 30 minutes and again final interview with Director. After 3 weeks offer letter.
