J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 2 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Farmers Insurance Group (Burnsville, MN) en mai 2014
Entretien
Applied through my University's career website. Was called in for an interview with a recruiter. Then was called in for a second interview with the district manager. Mostly behavioral questions, some had to do with knowledge of insurance. Overall it was a very easy interview process. The internship was mostly quoting existing and potential clients, designing fliers and other marketing tools, and shadowing district manager.

J'ai postulé en personne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Farmers Insurance Group (Moline, IL)
Entretien
It was very casual, but I had to explain my experiences in working with people, and have an example of what type of "conflict" I had to resolve in a group or project setting. It was a copy paste of a normal interview, but it went more into the introspection of conversing with clientele and was more focused on my productivity and socialization skills

I am writing to share my experience as a candidate for internship.
The first round process consisted of a phone screening - was well-structured and clearly communicated by the recruitment team.
The recruiter maintained regular communication throughout the process, providing updates and promptly responding to my inquiries.

I first had a phone interview with hiring manager and teammates, and then they gave me a week to do a case study. Based on the case study, I did one more technical interview.
