Phone interview proceeded by 3 rounds of interviews including a two on one panel. Questions were mostly scripted and the individuals took notes on what seemed to be a generic interview form? It seemed like everyone was covering their own rear end and no one was willing to veer from the script. Way too much bureaucracy. Everyone I spoke to (6 people in all) had worked at Farmers for more than 18 years?
