J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez FEMA (Guaynabo, PR) en janv. 2019
Entretien
The interview took less than 20 minutes. The HR Recruiter was polite and friendly. She asked about my experience as a CSR, why do I want to work for the agency and if I was ok with not having a fixed schedule. She explained what I was going to do and specified the pay rate. She was very clear about hiring employees for night shift schedules because there was a high demand.

Entretien
The process was oddly smooth. The questions were straight forward. They thoroughly described the role and requirements. It was 4 interviewers so at first it seemed like it was going to be aggressive but they gave me a format and took turns asking questions in order.
Very easy and quick. Concerned with how you would handle an upset customer and how you handle pressure. Can you remain calm under pressure. Must be flexible and available for long shifts during disasters.
The interview was maybe 10-15 minutes long. Very simple and straight to the point. Basic customer service interview questions are asked. Interview was remote. Over the phone not video. You find out the next step at the end of the phone call.
