    Entretien

    Had a zoom call interview with the hiring manager and their colleague, asked mostly behavioral questions and about previous experiences. The interviews took about an hour, was told this is not the norm but as the hiring manager couldnt be on site that day they did it this way. I got an offer from them the same day.

    I applied online and got a coding round for Node JS Developer position. Even after giving the coding round well, I didn't hear back from them. No acceptance nor reject. Infact, even after mailing the manager for thrice, he didn't reply back.

    I was contacted three times to apply for the role and had 3 informal conversations with the hiring manager. Once I decided to go for the role, I had a quick conversation with a recruiter. Then 4 loop interviews. From applying to final interview was 3 business days. They then took 5 weeks to respond. I followed up once weekly with the hiring manager and recruiter. Emails and text would go unreturned. When I would get responses they would say "next week". On week 5 I received an email declining to make an offer. Overall, the hiring manager should have considered if they would have offered me the role prior to encouraging me to apply. As a professional courtesy, considering there was an existing relationship, I thought deeply if I would take the role if given an offer before applying. It seemed disrespectful to go through the process if I didn't actually want the role. I expected the same courtesy in return.

    Recruiter first reached me out on phone, asked me several behavioral questions and skills, and lastly decided to offer me an onsite interview, which is about two weeks later. The interview was all about behavioral like questions.

    Recruiter phone screen followed by a video conference and four rounds of on-site interviews. I was ghosted after being asked my desired salary and start date, despite discussing salary requirements at the beginning of the process. I have to assume they were unwilling to negotiate on salary and simply wasted my time with their long process.

    I was interviewing with F5 networks, I applied online and received a call from the recruiter. After speaking with the recruiter I was scheduled for the phone interview where I was asked one coding question. I did solve the question and gave the solution for that particular problem asked to me. After a few days the recruiter contacted me and told that I had cleared the interview and would like to invite me for the On-Site interview. I gave my availability for the onsite for the Wednesday and Friday for the week after but I didn't hear anything till Tuesday so I reached out the recruiter to check if there was any update. That was when I got to know that the one of the manager is on a leave for a couple of weeks who also wants to interview me so they are not giving me a confirmation about the schedule. I waited for couple weeks and then was constantly trying to contact the recruiter but I didn't get any response and all of sudden after 3 weeks I get to know that they are not moving forward with me because they found an internal candidate with whom they are moving forward with.

    This was the worst interview process that I have experienced till date. Even after going through the glassdoor reviews which are on the same lines I was expecting mine to be a bit different but it turned out that way. I am really very disappointed with this behaviour which is not at all professional.
    I wish I could give very Negative experience.

    I was referred for a different UI role by a friend, and I got a call for this role after a month. The recruiter directly called me to my cell instead of dropping a mail, and she introduced herself as a recruiter from ____ company located in San Jose, and I couldn't understand it in spite of asking her to repeat. I remember searching on the Internet for companies in San Jose that started with ”Af...” until I got a mail asking for the availability to interview with F5 Networks. The screening process was decent. It was a 1 hour phone interview using Coderpad where there were lot of verbal questions like differences between promises and observables. There were couple of questions where the interviewer typed a few javascript snippets and asked what the output would be. They covered the scope and setTimeOut concepts. I was asked to demonstrate how event bubbling and stop proportion works.

    After a couple of days, I got a mail from the same recruiter saying I have cleared the screening round and I am invited to attend an on-site interview at their San Jose office next week to which I promptly responded my availability for the next week. I was told that someone would contact me soon who'll book my flight tickets and send flight information. I did not hear back for four days (Friday to Monday) which included weekend, so I didn't bother to check with them. Wednesday was supposed to be my onsite interview. When I pinged the recruiter on Tuesday morning asking for my flight details for the next day, I got a reply saying they would have to cancel my onsite because they have found a suitable candidate
