The interview process was quite long and drawn out. The first interview was with a recruiter over the phone, that lasted about 15-20 minutes. It was then weeks later when I was contacted to do a face to face interview. I thought that interview went well and was quite informative. I was asked a lot of behavior based interview questions. I had not had an interview like that before, so if you are unfamiliar, my recommendation is to Google those type of questions so you have yourself in the correct mindset to answer them. My third interview was set up almost a month later and was over the phone as well, but with people on the executive level. I again was asked behavior based interview questions. The frustrating part of the whole process was the amount of time from start to finish before I was finally offered a position and started; that took about 5 months.
