The interview process was lengthy, but very thorough. My first interview was a phone interview with an HR representative from the main office in San Francisco. After speaking with her, I completed a questionnaire online, and was then called back for a second interview, in person at the Nashville office. There, I interviewed with 2 team leads, and had a final interview via video chat, with the HR representative who did my initial phone interview. Everyone was extremely positive, friendly, and welcoming. I felt completely comfortable, and well-informed throughout the entire process!

The interview process consists of round table style interviews - typically around 5, all done in one day. Typical competency based questions. Opportunities to ask your own questions at the end.
