    Phone screen with recruiter followed by a SKYPE interview with hiring manager and another Director. Followed by two more separate SKYPE interviews with VP of HR and VP of Supply Chain as most of the leaders are usually travelling or based out of Sweden.

    Recruiter was very helpful and extremely responsive for all interview related questions. THUMBS UP. Overall a fairly lengthy interview not so hard to crack.

    It was a campus interview. There were 2 technical and 1 hr rounds. Technical round focused on the projects on my resume and network structure knowledge. HR round was about my goals and expectations from the company and location preferences.

    The first step was a programming/coding test that consists of 11 questions, 10 multiple choice questions, and 1 code. I can't talk about the next steps because they didn't call me.

    Very nice people and interesting questions. The interviewers were very kind. The HR made you feel welcome. Overall, it was a great experience and I left there feeling good.

    Had an initial phone call with a recruiter to go over general background and set up an onsite interview. The interview was pretty typical. First part was fairly informal with two of the managers of the team that was hiring. Second part was a fairly standard hakerrank challenge.

    They were very adamant about telling me I would hear back very soon, as in either the same day or early the following week. Well, the following week rolled around, so I reached out to the recruiter and was told I'd hear back by the end of that week. End of the week came and went, so I reached out again. Same thing; I'd hear back by the end of the week. This went on for nearly a month with several of my inquiries going entirely ignored.

    Incredibly unprofessional and just flat out rude. You're hiring people; treat them as such.

    They interview for the positions they don't have. They want to keep candidates ready for the projects they quote to the client and very unprofessional. The interview is of 3 rounds. Initial HR call, 2nd round a Webex interview by team in India. My Interviewer didn't show up twice. 3rd round another Webex from India. Even this interviewer postponed the interview once and the whole process took 2.5 months. In the final round, interviewer asked me all ML questions and said you are smart at the half point. Then he started asking some questions which are nothing to do with the role(mentioned below) and he was very rude, telling me how did I come this far in the interview process ?

    Applied online and pass two online assessments which are not easy. And talking with HR about this round interview. Generally, HR did not ask too many problems. The recruiter asked interviewer conduction EDA and machine learning is given a data set and report the results.

    Don’t waste your time with Ericsson. You start with initial HR phone screening. You fill out an online application with some technical problems. You either have to pass a coding test or go directly into a technical phone interview.

    I was reached out by a recruiter a year ago and they asked me to do the coding test. During the coding test, I noticed there we compilations errors and some inherent bugs that you couldn’t fix. I completed all the problems and notified the recruiter of the issues. They never got back to me even with multiple email/follow ups. Very rude for a recruiter.

    Next year, another recruiter contacted me with the same job role. I reminded them of the issue last year. I even spoke to the recruiter from last year (whom looks like the recruitment team leader in Texas), and that person did not even apologize for ghosting me. They just said they knew they had a problem but fixed it now. I decided to give them a second chance and gave them my availability to do a technical phone interview. The recruiters scheduled the interview a time out of my suggested availability, but I rearranged my work schedule to accommodate them. No one joined the technical phone interview. A big waste of time.

    They don’t respect your time. If they treat candidates like this, imagine how they treat their employees. Don’t bother applying.
