The hiring process was long but very well recieved. They take their time and really try and see if you are a fit for their company. The planning of the interview process was well laid out but the group interview process was a tad bit long. I think out of the 6 people I interviewed with only 2 really mattered. They do expect you to come fairly prepared to the interview so do your research on the company, products, and customer base. The culture did seem pretty well focused as they all seemed to have a purpose.
