The interview process had multiple steps to assess different skills: Initial HR Interview: Introduction and basic questions about the company. Home Coding Challenge: A task to test coding skills. Technical Interview: Questions about technical knowledge. Project Retrospective: Discussion about previous work. Live Coding Session: Completion of a partial project. Project Design Interview: Discussion on how to approach a given project.

Question 1
In the Technical Interview, there were a variety of questions about React, JavaScript, and the web ecosystem.
I was contacted by a recruiter on LinkedIn, and the entire hiring process took less than two weeks. Everything was conducted in a highly professional and respectful manner.
The process consisted of a conversation with the engineering manager, followed by a live coding session and a system design challenge.
Although I did not pass the challenges, the recruiter sent an email the very next day with detailed, constructive feedback explaining why. I truly appreciated this, as it gave me a clear understanding of the areas I need to improve. It's rare to receive such thoughtful feedback after an interview.
