The interviews were informative, with challenges, and the purpose of the interviews was to get to know me, and evaluate my teamwork, problem solving, and pressure. They asked a kahhot, with a series of questions, they kept an eye on who got first place, then they introduced us, they described the functions of the position, the location, work hours and the available vacancies. Also, they gave us an innovation challenge regarding a problem and we had 30 minutes to respond as a group.
