J'ai postulé via une agence de recrutement. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Elsevier (Londres, Angleterre) en juill. 2025
Entretien
A task was provided prior to the interview and this was discussed but mostly it included scenario questions (STAR) and answers. The interview was reasonably straight forward and only one stage.

Question 1
How do you deal with time management when working remotely?
The usual interview process which is common to all companies. There were four series of interviews. The first was HR where I received a phone call for a quick interview that took around 15 minutes. Then I was endorsed to the hiring Manager where the interview duration took around thirty minutes. Then I was further endorsed to the Head for the final interview. Overall process took about a month.

J'ai postulé en ligne. J'ai passé un entretien chez Elsevier (Amsterdam)
Entretien
Unpleasant interview procedures. Told that the status will be shared in a couple of days after the interview. No status update or feedback ever shared, even after sending an email to inquire . No appreciation of energy and time invested by the interviewee. A universal standard automated rejection letter would do! Checked the other comments here about the interview experience in Amsterdam and found ghosting is so common. Either you got picked for the offer, or you got no reply, no feedback :)
