Very poor interview. I just got a phone call and then they asked if I was available to chat a little bit. I said yes. Poor questions e explanations about process or even the job.

This was merely a preliminary first contact phone interview but it was the worst I've ever experienced. For example, I was asked, "Where are you from?" and answered that I was born in Canada. Then, in a follow-up question I was asked, "Are you here on a work visa?" this job is in Canada, and I was born here, I would not need a work visa. The whole process felt like an interrogation with a robot that lacked professionalism. If they follow-up, I will decline to a second interview.
