Entretien
Had an initial interview with HR from US, and then local HR. Then online interview with factory manager, Final interview was with HR and Operation Manager. STAR based questions, and experience related. After that HR ghosted me and couple of weeks later i have found they have posted the job again on LinkedIn.

Entretien
The interview process lasted approximately three months and involved several rounds, all of which I cleared successfully. I was given a verbal offer, but unfortunately, no written offer letter was ever provided.

The main focus was on my ability to handle end-to-end ownership of projects, including stakeholder communication, problem-solving under pressure, and managing ambiguity while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment .
