When asked employees to rate their work experience, from 1-5, 1 being worst, the common answer was 2 followed by complaints of too much change, micromanaging and was asked personal questions like if I had children as well as a lack of connection with the CEO. People were very frank in their frustration with the company's process and did not have enthusiasm about the company other than they are expecting to IPO soon. It was not a positive work environment. I interviewed over 6 hours in total. I was going to see if I got an offer out of curiosity, however instead of a personal call after committing my time to their process, I got a canned email saying they were going with another candidate. I can see why people there are not happy there. No empathy towards workers and a process that shows the least bit of effort. It's sad too, it could be a great team if they were happy.
