Standard process. Received a call from HR that scheduled a first round with the Hiring Manager and team. Then invited back for final rounds. Thought things went well then didn't hear back. I also followed up and received no response. I think if you make it as far as final rounds, a courtesy call or email to tell you the status is professional. Also, I was flat out asked by one of my interviewers what my current salary is which I'm pretty sure is now illegal to ask during interviews in Massachusetts.
