Spoke with recruiter, and then the hiring manager, and then 3 team members. Process took almost 2 months. Interview process went by pretty quickly but it took about a month for them to make a decision….

Entretien
1) Initial 30-minute phone screen with HR.
2) Four 30-minute interviews with members of the team
3) *I asked for one additional 30-minute call (all Q&A with a team member about the role and the team's scope and responsibilities within the larger agency team).
After each day of interviewing with members of the social team the HR rep who had originally contacted me set up a quick call to discuss & debrief.

In the initial interview with HR & the four members of the team, we primarily discussed my previous experiences and I asked questions about the role.
Q: Tell me about a time where you and a co-worker/client disagreed on something. What happened and how did you approach/resolve it.

Entretien
I applied via an employee referral and was contacted quickly to do a phone screening with the recruiter, which lasted about 20 minutes. From there, I did a 2 hour virtual interview the following week, with 4 people, each conversation lasting 30 minutes or less. Everyone was kind and happy to answer questions. The process went by quickly, receiving an offer the day after my interview.
