Met with several people across the LOB, including HR. Interviews didn't take too long to schedule and conduct and were all done in a comfortable setting. Total process probably lasted around 2 months from first conversation until offer.

Case Based and Working Style fit, multiple rounds, great way to show your technical aptitude while learning the cultural and working ways. The technical case is based on real world experience, and the cultural fit will focus on leadership experiences and how a candidate has managed ambiguity.

Entretien
Met with a variety of partners and other principals. Interviews were not terribly in-depth. They seemed more interested in cultural fit than actual knowledge. They were also very interested in the types of consulting I had done in the past and the strength of my industry contacts. None of it was very surprising considering that I would be required to generate revenue.
