    The usual initial call with internal talent acquisition - > call with hiring manager -> samples & tests -> call with manager's manager -> more testing -> call with peer level team member -> call with CFO trajectory to offer. Never met anyone live and was never asked for references. Would have been within 6 weeks total to start date, except the hiring manager took a 2 week vacation without an internal handoff or mention to me.

    If I hadn't manned up and checked in I probably would have been forgotten. We subsequently lost a highly desirable candidate the same way, with the same person, so maybe it's a passive-aggressive way of saying no. He turned out to be a crappy manager in every regard.

    Applied online. Process was quick. First 2 Phone screenings then 4 onsite interviews. Company was very fast and responsive on follow up questions and making an offer. Interviewing was a great experience.

    Recruiter call, screening call with employee, afternoon of interviews onsite. They invited me onsite for an afternoon of interviews. I follow up with thank you notes and...crickets. Not a word.

    The recruiter hears nothing, she complains over and over that they don't respond. Its one thing to have a place decide there isn't a fit. But to not respond - no word at all? It's shocking in its lack of professionalism.

    So all in all - the employee reviews here are right - this place has real issues, they're happy to waste your time, and totally unprofessional in how they handle candidates. The people I spoke with seemed nice - but this place has a reputation it deserves: Employer of last resort.

    Start and stop. 2-3 phone interviews with recruiter and CEO, VPs, etc and in-person. A couple of weeks goes by because they are all travelling or the recruiter is working on something else. They were late for the in-person , despite being in the office, yet offered no apologies. BTW, no-one answers the door. In addition to a reasonable overview of the business and asking some good questions, there is a weird vibe and/or expectation around hierarchy, frugal spartan office and even dress code!

    The recruiting team were very prompt and helpful during the interview process. Whole process took about 1 week. I had a round of 5 interviews on site and a phone interview prior. The employees were very honest during the interview process regarding the current outlook of the company. This position offered great career advancement potential while providing high visibility. Overall, I had a great experience during the interview process.

    Fairly easy and straight forward. Phone call w/ hiring manager. Face to face w hiring manager. Onsite to headquarters in SF to meet with then CEO/founder, CRO, and CFO. Most of the decision was based on hiring managers recommendation. All other meetings were checking the box type items. 7 weeks and offer letter was received.

    After talking to a current employee about the job, I applied on Jobvite. A week later I received an email to schedule a video call with a recruiter. After that, they set up 2 more phone interviews, with people from cross-collaborative teams (not the training team). Nailed it.

    I was contacted via LinkedIn by one of Datameer's in house recruiters. She was enthusiastic and set up a phone interview with me almost immediately. After the phone interview, I was asked to come in for an in person interview. I was interviewed by five different individuals over the course of 3 hours. The same day, I received a follow up call asking if I was serious about accepting an offer from the company, to which I responded affirmatively.

    Received an email from a recruiter making fun of my current employer.
    I played ball with her because I wanted to work for Datameer and continued the email thread.
    After that I heard nothing back for 6 months. The new recruiter apologized but would clean things up
    because the old recruiter was no longer with Datameer.
    He sure did, another batch of emails and his explanation was that their department continued to go through restructuring. So the bad experience was repeated and another candidate was hired over me. I hope to never hear back because I would have to decline them.
