The interview process consisted of 4 interviews for me. It consisted of a general interview, two technical interviews, and a culture fit interview. In this way, I spoke already with 5 future colleagues before joining. After my offer I asked and got the opportunity to reverse interview two colleagues. This took away the doubts that I had and got to know the company culture better before joining.
