The process is a 3 part interview for most. The first part is a call with an internal recruiter, very helpful throughout the rest of the process and as you get settled in. The 2nd part of the interview is with one of the sales directors over the phone for about an hour. Basic Q/A, they ask you varying questions from sourcing methods, to your current work and sales cycles in general. The third part of the interview was an in person interview with two sales managers and a different sales director than your original call. Some people had to present power points of their current product and give a brief demo and Q/A with the managers. This is followed by individual interviews (30 minutes) with each manager/ director.
