I applied for the Medicare Primary Processor position online and received an email back from the recruiter within about an hour to schedule a phone interview. Scheduled a phone interview for early the next week. Pretty standard interview, where I was asked to walk the recruiter through my resume, why I wanted to work at DaVita and how my background prepared me for the Medicare Primary Processor position. The recruiter was very pleasant. I talked to the recruiter about what kind of compensation I was looking for and the job paid a little bit lower than what I was looking to make. I was told other available positions would pay that amount. Sent a couple correspondence emails back to the recruiter to touch base and found out about 5-6 weeks later I didn't get the position. The recruiter was really good at following up on my emails though and a pleasure to work with.
