Two interviews, one with the store manager and the other interview with the district leader. The interview is more like an formal conversation than an interview. They make sure they explain to you what the job entails and make sure you have a clear understanding.

Interviewed with store manager, store director and district manager. Interview took about two weeks. Spoke to hiring manager afterwards to talk about on boarding. Had to complete an online assessment which took about 45 minutes to complete.

Had a phone interview first, then they had me come in for an interview with the store manager. They she didn't even take the time to call back after the interview even though she stated the interview went well.
