Initial recruiter call then multiple rounds and time consuming assessments. Not entirely sure how much the assessments were factored into the decision since a lot of the questions seemed inapplicable for the role.
Online application then There was the initial recruiter Screening interview, hiring manger and coworker and assessment afterwards by email I don’t know what follows but probably an interview with another teammate
