The interview is all through phone, It can be in between 2-3 calls. Pretty simple, First call was just to see if you are still interested in the job and might ask you to say the ABC's in English and target language. Second call is the actual interview where you have to answer a few questions and show them how fluent you are in both languages. The third call is to let you know if you are hired and if you are you choose your schedule with them over the phone.

The recruiter was 7 minutes late. She told me about the job, asked me what sort of experience I have interpreting, etc. (you'll find the specific questions posted already). I had a good interview. She cut me short and ended the meeting while I said goodbye, no time for that!
