I was contacted via LinkedIn for a French CSM role that was not publicly advertised, as it was a replacement position. I completed all three interview rounds over the course of two weeks, and was told I would be informed of the final decision. After hearing nothing for two more weeks, I followed up via email to check whether a decision had been made or if interviews were still ongoing. Unfortunately, I never received a response from the Talent Acquisition representative. Being ghosted after three rounds of interviews — especially when I hadn’t even applied but was proactively approached — felt incredibly disrespectful. It reflects poorly on the company's communication practices and raises questions about the internal culture they aim to build.
