Had the first round interview with the HR person and was told they’d be in touch the following week. They weren’t so I followed up (twice) and never heard back. ...If a candidate doesn’t make it into the next stage it’s good practice to communicate that (even if it’s just a template email). Quite disappointing as I had a very positive image of the company.
