      Entretien pour Sales Manager

      11 sept. 2019
      Candidat à l'entretien anonyme
      Irving, TX
      Aucune offre
      Expérience négative
      Entretien facile

      Candidature

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 7 mois. J'ai passé un entretien chez Cotality (Irving, TX) en févr. 2019

      Entretien

Contacted by recruiter three times and agreed to explore opportunity. Met with hiring Manager, went VERY well. Interviewed with two others and furthered my interest in position. Was told I should be expecting a written offer sooner than they originally expected then after not hearing back, inquired and was told there is a hold up because EXEC left the company and they were re-structuring. After a month and a half I heard back again and was advised I needed to interview with another, then another and finally again with the hiring manager. At that time was told I will get offer by end of the week..... Never came. Hiring manager frustrated with HR thinking I got it then next week was told it was waiting to be signed off on. This was a roller coaster for several months , compensation verbally communicated, was told to take vacation time and plan current employer exit strategy. Did not hear for another month, was apologized too by hiring manager for taking so long but coming soon. ...... then communication completely cut off, no reply from anyone, no communication on status, it has been over a month with nothing. Looked on career sight and position re-posted. Resignation letter typed but LUCKILY not sent although verbal heads up was communicated to current employer... several times, all vacation time was utilized for the year and Presentations/ Trainings scheduled over to a peer so I would not leave current employer stranded. Very disappointed and quite honestly deserve an apology. I have been put in a very tough spot with current employer. Honestly feel like I was toyed with to gain industry knowledge and product needs in that space. DO NOT take their word, get in writing before making any changes to current work environment.

      Questions d'entretien [1]

      Question 1

Actual interviews were GREAT, very professional. No canned questions , more like a brain storming session. White boarded process and asked what challenges and changes would you make?
