Recruitment agency reached out and asked if i would be interest in applying for this job. Never heard of the company before and the recruiter said the company review and reputation is quite poor, but insisted they underwent a big management restructure and culture has improved significantly. I was asked to come in for an in-person interview at their Sydney office quite quickly. There were 2 interviewers. The interview questions were very old fashioned, vacuous, and showed signs that this was a very sales driven organisation trying to squeeze every last dollar out of their antiquated product. I'm saying all this because I'm currently interviewing with couple other companies (with much better reputation) and this, by far, has been my worst experience and waste of time.
