Simple easy, the questions were creative and my interviewer was very considerate. Out of all the stores I’ve worked at before this place even though was competitive was the most neutering
The interview process involved questions in two categories. The first was behavioral about past experiences and the second was hypothetical situations. The interviews came from the store assistant manager and manager
Straight forward retail interview where most questions asked were related to communication and soft skills. Overall the interview was a good experience and the interviewer was very friendly. Just be yourself and have fun.
