J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 1 jour. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citi (Jersey City, NJ) en juill. 2010
Entretien
Interviewed with one of the biggest racist and liars I ever met. I had an interview with this person I wish I remembered his name. It was for a PM role for 'the biggest banking project ever' as he described it. I interviewed with him, he said he would call his Director to speak to me. Two minutes later he returned and said she was not available and that he would setup a second interview. Next thing I know I get a call from the recruiter stating they are not interested.

Entretien
I applied online and a month or so later received a mail asking me for an interview.
Two employees interviewed me. One from Belfast and another from Pune.
The guy in Belfast went on for 40 minutes without ever asking me a question.
He started complimenting me on my CV and asked me questions.
Towards the end of the interview, I mean, towards the end of his monologue, I asked them, if they had any questions for me.
The lady in Pune asked me one question.
That was it.
Not really an interview. Actually, it was me interviewing them.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
The only question was about talking of a project I managed and the challenges I faced.
It was smooth, three Zoom sessions of 45 min. Interviews were pretty engaging and questions weren't too tough. Few technical questions. Immediate follow up, with a Recruiter meeting set the next day.

Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Citi (New York, NY)
Entretien
One technical round, One management round, One HR Round. The whole process takes two to three weeks, depending upon the availability of the interviewer. If you are well prepared and can face any situational questions and answer from the project management perspective, you can nail the interview and come out with success.
