I turned in my application and did not get a call. I didn't really want the job, so it took me a few weeks to actually go and ask for a manager; when I did, I was scheduled an interview for 3 days later.
The manager came in and automatically apologized if she seemed off, as she'd just had a "heated debate" with the other managers in their office. It was not professional at all.
The questions were minimal & basic. It was hardly an interview.
There were no tests.
Most people will get a job. It's really based on if the interviewer likes you or not (at least at this location), and it really shouldn't be.
(Also: I was never told I was hired explicitly. I was told to come back for training in a few days & just started working.)

Very quick and unprofessional, it was processed in the middle of the theatre, no room... Also, the manager seemed unprofessional. Once I got up to leave, when I was about to shake her hand, she just left.

Fairly easy just have to sociable, and a team player. Make sure to talk about your love for movies and really show your customer service skills. They are also looking for presentable people so come dressed professional.

Name a time you had a disagreement with a co worker and how did you resolve it
It was an application. The manager called and scheduled a Group interview very easy process. Fun first job. Not a complicated interview. Just be friendly and hard working and you’ll do great.
