Normal interview, one interviewee asks pointed / situational questions where they want you to answer in STAR format. Other interviews were normal format, no hard / different questions. Did not get a response back after my interview

The interview process was very informal, it somewhat felt like I was discussing with a good friend. I felt very comfortable with the interviewer. Majority of the questions were situation-based interview questions. For example, tell me about a time you had difficulty completing a task.

Good, fair questions were asked. Many concerning previous work experience. Posititve environment. Role was described thoroughly and the tour of the facility was informative. Everyone was eager and displayed a positive attitude. Teamwork was encouraged.

Video interview after you apply then phone screening with a recruiter to talk about your interest, why did you pick nursing and about the residency program, then you shadow and interview with your unit. Situational based interview questions

Great! Once I talked to a recruiter, it was a seamless process to an online Webex interview where I spoke with an assistant nurse manager and a manager. The interview was short as I am a re-hire for the company

After submission of application, I was emailed to have a video interview and then was followed up with a phone call and offer for an in-person interview on the unit.

Behavioral health questions and shadowing afterwards. The interviewers were really nice and it was a casual interview. Overall great experience and nice hospital and staff. Would recommend working here. Nurses were young and since it’s a teaching hospital there is a lot to learn.

Interview process was very easy. It didn’t last a long time, but they continued to ask if I had any questions in between their explanation of the job, which I appreciated.
