I submitted my resume during Career fair on Campus, 2 weeks later interviewed by a manager on campus, 2 weeks later I got an on site interview at Wilmington, DE. On site interview include a lunch with other candidates and 8 managers, and then one to one interviews with 4 managers.

On campus interview was all about resume: projects and other experience. Onsite: 1. How to move a mountain from one place to another? 2. How to estimate who should we issue BP gas credit card? 3. Tell me a time you achieve a goal.

Entretien
Interview canceled day before scheduled. Hiring manager decided not to fill role. Process to get to interview stage was convoluted, and last minute cancellation was disrespectful of the candidate’s time.
Slow and somewhat disorganized. Most people were friendly. In general not prepared though. It was overall a fine experience. I did not recieve an offer. This company seems like it would be a good spot to work.
Easy details about project two rounds hr screening and telephonic round very easy and not sure why I’m not selected ………..and details about previous project and behavior questions project related
