Began with an initial screening over the phone from corporate in Knoxville, TN. 2 face to face interviews revolving around work history and experience. Opportunity to shadow a current employee for 1 shift to get a feel for the position. Overall very pleasant process, but long. It took almost 2 months to get through all the interviews.
