Possibly the rudest recruitment team I have ever came across in my entire professional career and as a result I will be blocking them completely. This is not down to one individual but three, I wish you could name the individuals here, but unfortunately you cant. I interviewed for a Management Consulting Position (London), a classic 3 stage process. General CV review with recruiter, followed by Senior Manager interview and then presentation and SL Director interview. Based on recruiters behaviours I declined as I wouldnt want to work for a company like this, not to mention, the process is slow and drawn out - hard to imagine how they operate as a company in general and do well.

Did an assessment on both intelligence and soft skills. Followed by two different 2 interviews, first one as a general check of background and motivation, second one focussed on skills including a consulting case
